To realize this vision, we are looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) who can unify our IT functions, lead the way in innovation, and deliver scalable solutions that propel our business forward.
Основні обов'язки:
As the CIO, you will:
● Lead IT Strategy: Develop and execute a unified IT strategy for SkyUp and Join UP!, aligned with our business objectives.
● Drive Digital Transformation: Implement automation and digital solutions that increase revenue, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth.
● Consolidate IT Architecture: Streamline and unify IT systems across both companies, ensuring integration and optimization.
● Ensure Cybersecurity: Oversee security compliance, including GDPR, ISO standards, and risk management practices.
● Manage Budgets & Resources: Oversee a total IT budget of 4.7 million Euros, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
● Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the Group Management Board, driving cross-departmental collaboration and business development through technology.
● Inspire & Lead: Build and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and growth.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a CIO or in a similar executive IT leadership role, ideally in a fast-scaling, multinational company.
● Expertise in digital transformation, IT architecture consolidation, and cybersecurity.
● Strong business acumen with experience in managing budgets, resources, and large-scale IT projects.
● Ability to think strategically, execute decisively, and lead with a vision. Must-Have:
● Experience working at the board level or closely with senior management.
● Strong understanding of modern IT systems, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
● Exceptional leadership skills with a history of driving results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
● Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
